    Recruit Direct

     

    This service is great for businesses who would like to have control over some of the processes themselves, or if you have a smaller budget to attract a pool of talented candidates.

    The service is a based on a 4 week recruitment campaign on the UK’s most popular Job boards.

    The service includes:
    1. CV’s that have been screened and any unsuitable candidates will be withdrawn. 2. Candidates CV are then sent directly to your email for you to contact and arrange interviews. 3. A one off fee to place an advert for four weeks.

     

    Advertising and Communication

    We use a variety of methods to promote all vacancies, including:

     - Listing on leading Job Boards

     - Careful search through our database of quality candidates

     - Pro-active headhunting for candidates who meet your specifications

     - Listing via the job board on our own website www.ardenpersonnel.co.uk

     - Promotion via social networks – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google+

     

    Candidate Shortlist & Interviews

    We present you with a shortlist of suitable candidates, along with CV’s and references where required.

    Depending on your preference we provide general assistance and support to full management of the entire interview process.
    We support you through selecting and notifying successful candidates, as well as assistance with administration and providing feedback to all unsuccessful applicants.

     

    Consistent Account Management

    We keep in regular contact with you via monthly e-newsletters and courtesy calls to make sure our service delivery is working for you.  We hold regular seminars and networking events to enable you to build upon your own knowledge and networks, as well as keep in touch with industry news and regulation changes.
